Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain visual displays in the store windows within our concept stores
• Ensure the strategies are consistent with the Company’s image and values
• Plan, design and execute in-store and window display of our concept stores
• Work closely with various departments for VM matters
• Maintain and upgrade shop display (in-store and window) at up-growing brands image based on seasonal and regular visual merchandising strategy; 
• Work on continuous improvement of store visual presentation
• Follow up on production work of VM materials (including sourcing, organizing and distributing)

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder in Art & Design or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ solid visual merchandising experience in fashion business retail stores;
• Creative with good design sense and insight of fashion trends
• Strong sense for merchandise presentation, passion for fashion and solid knowledge of fabrics and color coordination;
• Knowledge in computer graphic and familiar with MS Office applications, and Adobe platforms (illustrator, Photoshop and Corel Draw)
• Knowledge of construction techniques and material application is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel
