Responsibilities :

• Report to the Retail Manager
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the retail stores in PRC
• To Maintain the excellent customer services standard of the retail stores
• Co-ordinate with internal management level to ensure store operation is adhere with company’s guideline and policies
• Develop brand business, monitor competitive activity, market trend and launches
• Implement sales & marketing strategy to achieve company’s sales target
• Performing and improving budget and sales forecast 
• Executive new store opening, ensure optimization of product assortment, staff training, visual merchandising & display are conform to company standard and maintained at all time.
• Monitor the inventory to optimum stock levels, minimize inventory discrepancies and maintain system accuracy
• Motivate, drive, inform and actively coordinate retail teams to build team spirit and positive working environment
• Monitor the team member’s performance, provide necessary training to team members
• Work closely with marketing team to monitor and manage the in-store promotions & events

Requirement :

• Tertiary education or equivalent
• At least 8 years in the retail industry (Luxury Retail, Footwear or Sportswear is preferred) with 2 years experiences in managerial level or above (Store management or Retail operation management) 
• Knowledgeable in the KPI system
• Have strong retail operation and management experience
• Good people management and customer service skills
• Strong leadership, people-oriented, well-organized and detail-minded
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good commend in both spoken & written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Occassional trip to PRC
