• Supervise a team of maintenance workforce and ensure the maintenance work is in compliance with relevant Statutory Requirements, Gas Ordinance and Operation Practice, Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance, etc
• Figure out solutions for technical problems and improve service & product quality
• Formulate precautionary measures for defects of gas and electrical installations
• Conduct data acquisition and data analysis to seek improvement opportunities in operation
• Promote proper and safe use of gas to the public

• Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with good spoken and written Chinese and English, preferably with fluency in Putonghua
• Proficient in PC and Mobile applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Data Analytics Tools, Chinese Word Processing, Android)
• Service-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
• Experience in handling customer service will be an advantage
• Holder of a valid driving license of Class 1 or 2 will be an advantage
