Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage document/ material vetting
- Prepare and coordinate meetings with service providers and other stakeholders
- Monitor and supervise projects’ status and execution
- Closely keep track of projects’ financial status and follow up as needed
- Liaison with Contractor for on-site matters and other ad-hoc duties
- Higher diploma or equivalent qualifications in Building Services / Mechanical / Lift Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience in Engineer / building service and/or relevant experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Independent, self-motivated and detail-attentive
- Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
