• Manage packaging structural development including analysis of materials, die-lines, bends and required testing certifications
• Work with factories & printers on identifying solutions to improve overall packaging quality in a cost-efficient manner
• Must stay abreast of design trends, packaging technology trends & competitor packaging solutions, to provide recommendations to improve owned brands’ packaging
• Manage packaging output process & print production
• Support manager on end-to-end packaging artwork development process ensuring all artwork & production is completed professionally and in a timely manner
• Work with factories & internal teams on several high impact projects
•      Identifying solutions to increase overall sustainability of packaging
•      Identifying solutions to improve customer engagement from packaging
•      Identifying solutions to improve print colour consistency across packaging
• Always work to improve packaging standards & provide recommendations for packaging innovation
• Support cross functional teams to ensure supplier’s packaging meets the required standards before production.
• Work with marketing team to conduct customer research on packaging
• Handle ad hoc projects within the Marketing team

• Minimum of 5 - 6 years of packaging experience, experience in packaging engineering is highly beneficial
• Knowledge of packaging standards (example ISTA) is required.
• Packaging experience to include artwork development and/or packaging product management
• Knowledge of packaging legal requirements in different Asian & Western countries is highly beneficial
• Experience in packaging within toys industry is highly beneficial
• Fully proficient in Macintosh platform, Adobe Creative Suite and Illustrator
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in packaging science, marketing, or business administration
• Excellent command of English, well spoken Cantonese & Mandarin
• Team Player, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work proactively, independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
