• Reporting to the Director of Product Line Management
• Accountable for meeting Product Line Management revenue, profitability growth and operational performance (aircraft systems, parts and components)
• Builds long term relationships with suppliers and customers
  

• Captures market trends from the internal stakeholders and identify key levers for new product & service development
• Ensure development and maintenance of supplier relations
• Meet regularly with suppliers over phone/web calls to discuss operational issues and sales tools
• Manage and balance supplier’s expectation with internal need and constrain

• Manage the end to end operations of new products/services as a result of product and service development and in agreement with the project plan until the transition to Supply Chain is completed
• Establish the Product Line Management roadmap and ensures fulfilment of Product Line Management operations (improvement plan) and development with the support of internal and external stakeholders
• Actively manage the creation and implementation of global business plans.
• Lead the governance with regards to Product Line Management related to operational and financial performance from target proposal (Annual Budget Plan, Forecast) to follow-up (MBR – Monthly Business Review)
• Specify and maintain the Product Line Management dashboards to report on performance including root causes analyses where relevant
• Further expand the market position in terms of existing distributor agreements
• Run customer / product focus campaigns/events
• Work with the sales team in acquiring market information and executing sales plans effectively
• Work closely with Procurement/Supply Chain to optimize the product lines’ inventory investment and provide them with necessary market trend intelligence
• Support Sales in training, maintaining, and winning new business

• Bachelor Degree, with 5+ years of work experience in supplier / product management
• Strong team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent English, Mandarin a plus
• Good analytical skill;
• Ability to balance and align varying interests of stakeholders
• Ability to work in an international context
• Knowledge about the Product Line Management discipline.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed profitability targets consistently
• Strong business acumen
• High degree of aviation business understanding specifically in the area of spares support, supply chain management, maintenance, understanding of support obligations from aircraft purchase agreements
