We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who is interested in working on emerging FinTech and RegTech technologies to join our team.

Job Descriptions:

1. Creation and deployment of new environments, systems and projects, by maintaining virtual infrastructure, including deploying and monitoring containers;
2. Work with application developers to build and maintain deployment pipelines and workflow tools for applications;
3. Support and troubleshooting of staging and production environments, acting as the first response for alerts and ensuring monitoring is robust and effective;
4. Analyse platform resource and performance metrics, and perform data driven capacity planning;
5. Ensure production security standards are followed;
6. Zero downtime deployments and a high availability mindset;
7. Evaluate new technologies and software products to determine the feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities within the company products.

Required Qualification & Skills:

1. Graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines, with 5+ years of solid track records in DevOps roles;
2. Experience in managing fault tolerant web platforms with high availability in both public cloud (e.g. AWS) and private cloud (on-prem) environments;
3. Candidate must have good hands on experience with containerization and clustering technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, Jenkins, Maven, CI/CD pipeline, GIT;
4. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation (e.g. Helm, Terraform);
5. Strong background of infrastructure concepts and administration (Linux, DNS, Network, Firewalls and Security);
6. Good knowledge of configuring Kibana, Grafana, Elastic Search and Redis;
7. Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB) and relational databases;
8. Foundational programming and scripting skills in Python or Golang;
9. Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining disaster recovery (DR) plan;
10. Self-motivated, with good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
11. Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese), with good interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge in Putonghua is a plus.
