Responsibilities :

n   Budgets reviewing and controlling to meet the targets; 

n   Cost calculation and design of the tender price;

n   Responsible for the daily business activities of the company;

n   Maintain customer relationships and expand customer network;

n   Prepare monthly reports including revenue reports and report to General Manager;

n   Implement budget-related monitoring policies and assessment criteria;

n   Supervising the workflow of the engineers.

Requirements:

n   Degree holder or above in in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.

n   1 years or above in same industry with managerial experiences is MUST

n   Proactive, responsible, professional, courteous, good communication skills and good team player;

n   Immediately available is an advantage ;

n   Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
