Job Description

Essential Job Duties:

  • Perform visual inspection on electronic components:  
  • Using various microscopic equipment and the naked eye, to ensure the component matches manufacturer specifications and no damage
  • Using alcohol swipe and scrape test to verify product has not been black topped
  • To determine if there are “red flags” that indicate a possible suspect part
  • Operate and maintain analytical instruments, perform tests in a laboratory such as, but not limited to, XRF, X-RAY, Microscopy, Decapsulation, Solderability, Curve Tracing, and C-SAM
  • Utilize our proprietary system to complete, in detail, the component inspection process and upload any documentation, including but not limited to test results
  • Prepare test reports in a timely manner and ensure tests are performed to meet PO/SO requirements
  • Communicate with appropriate individuals when discrepancies arise
  • Monitor laboratory operation and test turnaround time
  • Report any abnormal incidents to management team
Job Qualifications
  • Over 2 years component or product inspection, testing, counterfeit detection
  • Less experience and fresh graduate also welcome 
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered
  • Solid written and oral communication skills a must
  • Multi-tasking and organization skills required
  • Knowledge of the electronics or testing fields are advantage
