Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 technical support to Field Services team and on field work required where it is necessary for customers' technical issues / emergency issues
- Provide training to new hired service engineers / technicians
- Assist staff managers' to find / leverage resources and organize training for Field Service team
- Support service sales on technical queries and spare parts
- Assist to improve customer SAT for Service Operations
- Effectively communicate with team members in Hong Kong, as well as the Global technical team
Requirements:
- High Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering
- Holder of REW Grade B, Grade A will also be considered
- Technical support on field service in UPS or power electronics field
- At least 5 years related work experience in technical support or field services role
- Passion in troubleshooting & problem solving
- Positive attitude, self motivated and able to work independence
- Good PC skills, good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
