Job Duty:

• Directly reports to CEO.
• Helps build, manage, and validate a Technology Roadmap for the Company’s products with senior management.
• Identifies competitive advantages and technological trends for the benefit of the company.
• Acts as leader to ensure smooth and effective technology transfer from the stage of innovation towards product commercialization.
• Oversees Technology Platform budgets to make sure there are no unnecessary expenditures.
• Conducts research and case studies on leading edge technologies and implement feasibility studies.
• Works in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such as marketing, production and operations as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
• Takes lead on automation design and scale up manufacturing capabilities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of company’s products commercialization.

Requirement:

• PhD or Master’s degree holder in Engineering disciplines, graduate in Biomedical Engineering will be a definite advantage.
• 8-10 years working experience in R&D, Project management or technology transfer. Experience gain in medical device or related industries is a plus.
• Strong sense on quality management, trouble shooting and budget control.
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong technical background with business sense. Successful experience in project management of technology transfer and manufacturing automation will be an advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Well-organized, proactive and self-motivated.
