Job Description
Responsibilities:Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the building and its central air-conditioning and building management system, including regular inspections, maintenance, preventive and emergency breakdown repairs, renovation and system upgrade installation, as well as performing technical engineering work assigned by the supervisor
Requirements :No requirement on academic qualification; 3 Year(s) Experience Required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; Electrical Maintenance; Construction Workers Registration Card; 3 years or above working experience in building maintenance, experience in central air-conditioning system maintenance in buildings and shopping malls is preferred, with good customer service attitude
Employment Terms:$18,000 - $23,000 per month, with Double Pay, Discretionary Bonus and Medical Benefits, 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
