Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of supervisors, leaders and operators to establish and maintain manufacturing control systems for equipment, process, product, automation for the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production
• Optimize manufacturing processes flow to meet customer product quality and delivery target
• Analyse and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, design layout of equipment, workspace for maximum efficiency and automation implementation
• Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment / processes related to efficiency, utilization, changeover time, cycle times, production and machine capacity and capabilities, materials attrition rate
• Liaise with PMC on capacity and loading issues to achieve optimum capacity utilization
• Participate in early NPI involvement & new capabilities readiness for mass production
• Responsible to communicate the daily production progress, activities/issues to the whole team
• Keep good 5S at the workplace

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Advance Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any Engineering field
• Possess over 5 years managerial experience of SMT (Surface Mount Technology). Preferable
  • Knowledge and experience of SMT in EMS Company
  • Managerial experience in EMS Company
• Fully understand the PCBA and SMT process
• Schedule planning and execution base on prophet system or manual planning in case of necessity
• Sequence planning and loading schedule into machines to have maximum optimization
• Good in computer skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Good analytical, leadership and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin & Malay
• Stationed in Malaysia is required
