DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Director of Engineering in overseeing operation and maintenance of entire hotel premises to ensure all facilities and equipment are well maintained to fulfil legal requirements.
• Be responsible for budget cost control in facilities maintenance and capital projects.
• Supervise and direct all Engineering team members to carry out their tasks effectively incompliance with the hotel policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain preventative maintenance program to ensure effective operation of all facilities and equipment and high standard of guestroom and facilities.
• Attend management meetings and coordinate Meeting with Corporate Office, Designer, Consultant and Contractors for renovation and A&A projects in hotel building and others.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL QUALITIES

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Hotel, Facility Management or Property Management field.
• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building services, Mechanical, Electrical or related disciplines.
• Great leadership, self-driven, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Office applications & Chinese word.
• Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker license in Grade B or above is preferred.
• Familiar with local legislative licensing regulations and requirements.
