Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide operation support in Data Center
- Solve, analyze and record system issues
- Inspect, Test and Trouble shooting for system or servers issue
- Prepare system performance record
- Ensure compliance with operation rules in managing customers' equipment
- Able to perform 7x24 shift duty
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Center/IT industry
- Well-organized, proactive and team-player
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
