Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Participate in mobile business operation to support sales team and fulfill business requirements
- Conduct business analysis, planning and delivery by using Business Support Systems
- Manage business process metrics to enhance business process effectiveness and customer experience
- Collaborate with different departments to handle new business requirements
- Design and deliver new business process
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Telecommunications, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' working experience
- Relevant experience in telecommunication industry related to mobile business is preferred
- Sound analytical skill with clear mindset, good interpersonal skills and self-initiated
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint report skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
