Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control in a leading role
• Co-ordinate with clients, consultants, main-contractors and sub-contractors for project implementation
• Handle project administration
• Resolve ad hoc site matters and site coordination

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
• Possessed minimum 8 years' relevant experience with 2 years' supervisory in participation of E&M / Building Services Contracts
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, Independent and able to work under pressure
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Project Engineer
