Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for hotel daily maintenance works of carpentry, painting and wallpapering, etc.
- Responsible of routine inspection of building facilities.
- Perform other duties according to supervisor’s requirements.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL QUALITIES
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel industry.
- Holder of valid Safety Card.
- Capable of multi-skill and attentive to details.
- Physically fit and is willing to work on shift.
- Able to work independently.
