• Develop and implement digital transformation policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision
• Develop and implement digital transformation initiatives to actualize digital solutions to facilitate service delivery, and to scale up the digital capabilities of colleagues
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written guidance to DT staff and to end-users
• Manage and monitor the projects development, deployment, operation, maintenance, upgrade and support for DT system and infrastructure with good management on the relationships with partners and service vendors
• Identify problems / issues / risks, and develop or manage resolution / mitigation activities
• Plan and manage financial aspects of the DT Department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review
• Lead and nurture a competent DT team and manage the department for rendering quality DT services to all users
• Support the running of Digital Transformation Committee and other committees as required, in overseeing the DT development direction.

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 10 -15 years or above experience in network infrastructure and project management, with at least 4 years at managerial level
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing high availability network infrastructure
• Hands-on experience in PMI Framework, Agile-Scrum approach project management, and User Stories approach business analysis
• Experience in IT policies, annual budget, and action plan
• Certificate holder of PMP and PMI-PBA is highly preferred
• Self-initiative and positive, good strategic and analytic mind
• Good problem-solving, multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good supervisory and delegation skills
• Fluent Chinese and English
