Job Description
General Responsibilities
- The ability to understand, solve and present solutions to engineering/CAD related issues
- Supporting Sales team with product knowledge and demonstrations
- Delivering certified training courses for our customers
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Engineering or with similar job experience
- Minimum 1 year working experience, fresh graduate will also be considered for a junior role
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Knowledge in 3D CAD system, ideally SOLIDWORKS would be an advantage
- Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
Remuneration
We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and working experience to the right candidates. We also provide vendor training outside of Hong Kong for right candidates to continue their career path. Fringe benefits for staff include annual leave and performance-based incentives.
