About Client:
Our client is a world-leading company of packaging industry and they are partnership with most of famous world-leading clothing branding. Due to their current growth in the market of B2B business. They are actively looking for a Product Development Manager to assist with providing technical help and troubleshooting during the sample making stage.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communication is ongoing on new goods, design updates, and other topics between China, domestic and international customers, sourcing teams, and manufacturing lines.
• Drive and oversee the quality and sampling process to meet client requirements.
• Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting during the sample creation phase.
• To guarantee the timely completion of new samples.
• When a new program or item has been approved, communicates with the CS team and the production team before putting it into production.

Candidate Profile:

• F.7 or above and a graduate of a technical or university school with at least 9 years of related professional experience.
• It takes at least 6 years of experience to develop products for the label or printing industries.
• thorough understanding of printing materials and their characteristics.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• superb time management, ability to work under pressure, and ability to fulfill deadlines.
• English, Mandarin, and Cantonese native speaker
• Station in China.
