Job Responsibilities:

• Daily patrol District Cooling System (DCS) networks in Kai Tak District outdoor site areas to prevent any damage of DCS networks (by walk / public transportation), or any other areas as necessary;
• Complete patrol checklist;
• Take pictures of site areas and write reports.

工作內容

• 進行空調系統及地下冷水管道的保養、維修；
• 進行每天例行設備狀況檢查；
• 每天巡邏啟德發展內的區域供冷系統設施及監察相關工程項目的施工情況， (步行/乘坐公共交通工具)；
• 需填寫巡邏紀錄；
• 拍照紀錄現場情況及撰寫報告。

Qualifications: 

• Form 5 or a related discipline;
• A holder of valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificates (Green Card);
• Diploma/Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering would be an advantage.
• One year or above experience in related discipline;
• Basic knowledge to read Civil/Builder/E&M drawings and with simple photography skill;
• Basic in MS Word and Excel; 
• Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese and English

• 土木工程文憑/高級文憑畢業者優先；
• 略懂電腦，能書寫簡單中文報告，略懂英語；
• 具備一年或以上土木工程或地盤工作經驗；
• 須持有效平安咭；
