Responsibilities:

• To drive execution with external partners, vendors, contractors, landlords for the new store setup, store renovation and ensure the progress is in accordance with schedule and compliance with specifications
• Prepare 2D layout & drawing;
• Collaborate with whole team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle
• Assist organize and monitor project schedules, see that deadlines are met
• Assist purchase store equipment, renovation material and etc... 
• Assist mailing to mall and communicate with mall management
• Assist with records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification, and presentation to other departments

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Management or related qualification
• At least 2-3 years’ working experience in retail store renovation
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in design software, for example, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator & Photoshop
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, good team spirit and able to work under pressure and deadline driven environment
• Occasional shift duties required.
• Holder of valid HKSAR driving license with clean traffic conviction record is most preferable
• Immediate available is preferable
