Your Role

• Lead contractor management team to manage contractor engagement cycles via tender exercise on supporting Wireless Network rollout projects and maintenance activities in order to minimize the capital and operating expenses
• Assist the evolution of contractor engagement from full turn-key model to hybrid model with the balance of external workforce and internal resource involvement in order to minimize the out-payment cost.
• Set up process to facilitate the implementation and control of new evolved contractor engagement mode from assignment, work monitoring, acceptance and payment.

To Succeed in the Role

• Degree holder in Electronic/Information Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 6 years’ working experience in Telecom industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team leader with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
