Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all business development activities
• Work closely with the management team to plan, drive and execute sales and business strategies on corporate marketing and business development plans to achieve business growth and success
• Develop business strategic plans (Sales growth, key customer management, key projects Identification, develop product road maps for technology and motor development)
• Sets and manages KPIs and budgets
• Manage different sales teams and work closely with overseas /China reps to drive business growth
• Provides regular progress reporting on sales and new opportunity development
• Works with Strategic Marketing to promote product segments at trade shows and exhibitions
• Understanding manufacturing operations and working closely with internal departments

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• 5 years or above experience in business development/sales, in the motor industry will be an advantage
• Strong leadership with a great analytical mind, organizational skills, and strong commercial acumen
• Team builder with excellent interpersonal skills and leadership
• Good writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese are required. Fluency in Mandarin will definitely be a plus
• Station in Shenzhen
• Candidate with more experience, the position will be upgraded
