Job Description
Our client, one of the largest Electrical & Mechanical (construction) distributors in Hong Kong, is looking for a Head of Business and Portfolio Development. The company was recently acquired by a multinational organization, they are keen to expand its business.
Reporting to the CEO of the company, this position offers a clear career development path.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with CEO and all business line leaders to ensure professionalism and capabilities to achieve sales targets
- Accountable for the annual operating plan of the company, develop a solid pipeline with business line leaders to support the growth
- Formulate mid / long term business growth strategies and P&L with biz leaders and stakeholders, execute the plan to success and build new revenue streams
- Analyze and evaluate existing product portfolio, market segments and trends, develop and execute product management plan to expand company's product portfolio to support long term business growth initiatives
- Develop strong business relationships with key decision markers and influencer
Requirements:s
- Engineering Degree is a must, holder of MBA will be an advantage
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in building services / E&M / building product / distribution related industry
- Demonstrate competency in driving results, collaborating and influencing others
- Strong analytical skills and being solution oriented
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders of different seniority and diverse cultures
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a self-starter
- Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese
