Job Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma graduate
- 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in hotels or premium lounge
- Solid experience in front desk operation and customer service support
- Previous experience in aviation industry would also be considered
- Detail-oriented, cheerful, self-motivated with pleasant personality
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
- Computer knowledge in MS Office such as Word, Excel etc
- Immediate available is a great advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the front desk operation and conference room booking
- Handle customers’ enquiries & requests and provide instant solutions
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and escalations
- Assist in organizing company events and ad hoc duties as assigned
