Job Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma graduate
• 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in hotels or premium lounge
• Solid experience in front desk operation and customer service support
• Previous experience in aviation industry would also be considered
• Detail-oriented, cheerful, self-motivated with pleasant personality
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Computer knowledge in MS Office such as Word, Excel etc
• Immediate available is a great advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the front desk operation and conference room booking
• Handle customers’ enquiries & requests and provide instant solutions
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and escalations
• Assist in organizing company events and ad hoc duties as assigned
