 We are looking for a talent to

• Assist Director of Sales & Marketing in online content management, seeking online marketing opportunities and managing the Hotel's website
• Oversee e-commerce platforms to achieve sales goals and raise brand awareness
• Manage revenue plan and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day-to-day revenue operations to maximize overall hotel revenue
• Well-connected and resourceful in providing market intelligence on economic trend and competitor activities
• Optimize and expand distribution partnership and maintain further growth business and good relationship with key OTAs accounts
• Analyze overall monthly hotel performance including rooms and/or other revenue sources.  Provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies
• Compare room rates being offered by hotels of a similar grade in immediate vicinity and set room rates accordingly

Basic requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Hospitality or related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years' relevant working experience in hospitality industry
• Knowledge of reservation system and applications like PMS, booking engine, OTA extranet and revenue management system etc.
• Good communicator to apply best practices and innovative ideas
• Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
