We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef / Chef de Partie / Commis to join our team.  Potential candidate must be a team player who is well-versed in the culinary arts and adhere to strict standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Sous Chef - RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for overall food production, kitchen operations management;
  • Maintain, monitor and improve quality performances to comply with the prescribed food quality; 
  • Carry out Cost control planning such as food and ingredients, and ordering & inventory management;
  • Knowledge and experience in European Cuisine is a MUST;
  • Set up and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene;
  • Supervise and train up production team-members to achieve good performance standards;
  • Inspect kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure conformance to establish standards;
  • Report directly to the Executive Chef

Chef de Partie / Commis - RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in fine dining with western or French cuisine is preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considerated as Commis
  • Holder of Culinary school diploma is highly preferred
  • Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiency under pressure

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-5 years experience in reputable kitchen playing a senior role; Candidate with less experience will be considerated as Chef de Partie / Commis
  • Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance;
  • Excellent knowledge of menu planning, cost control and kitchen management;
  • Highly organized with problem solving and multi-tasking skills;
  • Previous management on large scale of restaurant;
  • Creative and quality-oriented
  • Experience in European cuisine essential and with Michelin kitchen experience a plus;
  • Good English skills in both speaking and writing
  • Team player, work hard, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good management skill with excellent managerial behaviors and trades
  • Candidates should be currently in Hong Kong
  • IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
  • Working location: Central
