Job Description

• Host marketing events and activities in our relationship-based co-working space
• Develop social network with individuals or corporations and promote cultural exchange including industry engagement with artists and designers
• Liaise with strategic partners and external parties for organizing joint events or generating possible business opportunities
• Prepare the documents in translation and interpretation from Japanese to Chinese and vice versa
• Handle membership program with daily arrangement and conduct the co-working space tour to identify prospective tenants 
• Assist in ad hoc projects and marketing events as assigned

To be successful in this role you will need the following qualities and skills        

• Higher diploma or above in public relations, marketing, or hospitality management
• 1 year or more relevant experience in co-working spaces or hospitality industry
• Candidates with IANG VISA will be considered
• Working experience in Japanese company is preferred
• Relevant experience in online and offline marketing is an advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written Japanese, English and Cantonese
