What you will be doing 

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work closely with our teams based in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong . Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for AR, AP, bookkeeping, tax returns filing, auditing, and company registration for specific business units
• Influence and guide our country heads across the business, to assist with delivery and performance through detailed analysis and reporting
• Continuously seek ways to improve workflow through challenges, provide innovative recommendations and implement them
• Share best practice knowledge, develop and deliver training within own areas of subject matter with your expertise
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
• Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
• Assist the Hong Kong entities’ company secretary / administration / legal and statutory ad hoc with HQ legal team.

• 编制财务报表，并按计划编制预算
• 协助香港办公室秘书/行政/法务和总部法务的临时性工作。

What you will bring along

• 2-3 years’ experience in Financial Auditing is a must
• Thorough knowledge of Hong Kong accounting procedures & company secretary / statutory requirement is an advantage
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
• Experience with Legal / HK company secretary / Statutory filing would be a plus.
• ERP: Hands-on experience with various ERP accounting software, D365 F&O and advantage
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
• Relevant certification (e.g. CPA or CMA) is required
• Language: native mandarin, fluent in English CEFR C2 or equivalent
