Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintains the Accounts Payable Ledger and monitors monthly Aged Payable Report
- Prepares for payments and ensure sufficient funds transferred to bank accounts
- Maintains the cash payment record book on daily basis
- Handles credit card transactions and coordinates with operation departments
- Maintains and coordinates with other departments for the petty cash fund
- Prepares weekly cash flow forecast
- Prepares monthly journals for accruals and prepayments
- Assists Accountant for month-end and year-end closing
- To comply with all regulations and requirements with regards to health, safety and security set by the Company and relevant authorities while on duty.
- Take reasonable care of the health and safety of self and of others.
- Carry out any other duties as required and directed by the Company.
Capabilities and Experience:
- High Diploma or Associate Degree of related discipline
- Candidate with more experience will consider as Senior Accounting Officer
- Knowledge and experience in management accounting will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
- Strong proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Power Point
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh graduate with Accounting study will also be considered
