Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record all membership fee received and incoming donations in an accurate and timely manner
- Follow through donation collection activities and responsible for preparing invoices, receipts and thank you letters
- Responsible for handling and arranging payments
- Responsible for monitoring bank transactions and performing bank reconciliation monthly
- Monitor petty cash balance and carry out regular cash count
- Ensure completion of accurate and timely closing revenue for monthly financial accounts and prepare regular analysis report
- Perform inventory stock take regularly
- Participate in special projects and ad hoc assignments as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting/Auditing
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS Word
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- A good team player with positive mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, responsible and with can-do attitude
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
