The Role

• Direct and oversee the financial operations of hotels and report to the Executive Management Team
• Collect and analyze the financial data, study market trends and information to identify the financial operation issues, and provide recommendations to maximize the hotel financial objectives
• Work with various department to provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, and forecasts
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
• Prepare capital reviews required by the Executive Management team and analyze ROI if anticipated results were met
• Work closely with the sales department, to review and design rate strategy
• Develop and manage working capital strategies to improve the cash flow performance

 The Candidate

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Professional accounting or CFA qualification is essential
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in senior position and track records mainly in the hospitality sector 
• Candidate with experience in overseeing Information Technology Department is an advantage
• High level of work ethics, professional integrity, and compliance with internal control policies
• Adaptable, demonstrate strong leadership and able to communicate well with different level of colleagues
• Have strong analytical sense with good leadership skills and communication skills
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
