Job Description

In our Transaction Services team, we provide support to our clients on their merger and acquisition (M&A).  

You will report to your manager of the Transaction Services team and conduct professional work under their guidance.

Responsibilities:

•          Perform market research to attain market intelligence.
•          Assist in financial and commercial due diligence engagements.
•          Perform analysis on the Target’s financial and operation data to identify potential deal issues.
•          Prepare professional due diligence databook and reports.
•          Maintain and develop positive, productive and professional relationship with internal and external clients.

Requirements:

•          Degree holder in Accounting, Finance / or any related subjects.
•          Over 2 years of auditing experience is a must.
•          Outgoing personality with exquisite communication and people skills.
•          Experience in commercial and financial due diligence, business operation, internal control and consulting is a plus.
•          Good command of MS Office.
•          Good written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
•          Holding or currently studying any professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CFA Charter or etc. is preferred (but not essential).
