Responsibilities:

• Perform all-around Human Resources functions; including recruitment, employee relation, staff orientation, and activities etc.
• Experienced in handling employee issues, staff engagement initiatives, and workflow streamlining
• Drive operational effectiveness and efficiency across HR and Admin functions
• Monitor the headcount status against budget, staff turnover rate, analyze manpower shortfall and propose retention measures
• Ensure all activities in full compliance with the Company policies and HK regulations
• Drive special projects and perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in HR management or related disciplines
• A minimum of 6 years of solid experience in a sizable organization
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Well-versed in HR practices, labor ordinances and related legal regulatory
• Proven leadership and management ability even under pressure
• Strong analytical mind, problem-solving skills, and sense of responsibility
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
