Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including but not limited to:
- 5 days’ work on Monday to Friday
- Arranging recruitment scheduling and bookings
- Actively participating in some extracurricular events
- Data entry
- General administrative errands
- Guest greeting, answering telephone and email enquiries and related follow-up.
- Tertiary educated with excellent communication skills with professional phone manner and ability to communicate fluently in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
- English and Chinese writing and typing skills are essential.
- Proactive and cheerful team-player with a positive attitude.
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, as well as Google Platform).
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Administrative experience will be an advantage.
- Immediately availability is preferred.
Location: Lower Kornhill Campus
