Job Responsibilities:

• Perform full scope of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, orientation, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management and employee relations
• Handle and coordinate special recruitment projects as assigned such as Internship Program, Job Fair and Recruitment Day
• Work proactively to develop close working relationships with business so as to understand and respond to their staffing needs
• Design, develop and coordinate training programs for staffs
• Assist in various employee communications and enquiries
• Prepare various management reports and analysis
• Responsible in the implementation of new HR policies and procedures
• Perform the ad-hoc assignment as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business/ Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 4 years experience in Human Resources field
• Possess good business acumen, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure, decision making and dare to take challenge
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Immediate available preferred
