Responsibilities

• Take ownership of employee experience initiatives and collaborate with other HR teams to drive best practice adoption.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs and projects. Use data and metrics to measure the effectiveness and shape further initiatives.
• Proactively create, update, and deliver bilingual communication materials, including employment policies, procedures, handbooks, circulars, presentations, feature stories, online and multimedia content.
• Partner with various internal stakeholders, including line departments and corporate functions, to identify learning needs, formulate and implement training plans and programs (internal & external), and keep track of progress and results.
• Lead or participate in various HR initiatives, and perform other operational duties as required.

 Qualifications

• Degree holder in business, communications, language studies, or related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, learning & development, communications, or related fields.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese writing skills.
• Sharp-minded and self-motivated, with high level of integrity.
• Familiarization with visual communication and multimedia will be an advantage.
