Job Description

Provide Human Resources and Administration support for the company, reporting to the Directors. We are looking for fast-learners who are organized and pro-active!

Responsibilities:

HR Duties

  • Support in HR operational functions such as recruitment activities, training, performance management, staff relation, compensation and benefits administration;
  • Formulate and implement HR policies and programs aligned to company business needs and communicate effectively to outlets in-charges;
  • Maintain company’s HR system and staff database;
  • Analysis data and prepare all HR reports timely & accurately;
  • Organize company activities and events if necessary;
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Admin/Secretary Duties

  • Perform general administrative support to the company including equipment maintenance, insurance and licenses renewal, make booking and reservation;
  • Supervise all general office needs (office procurement, renovation, oversee deliveries, etc.);
  • File management of company documents and supporting on the documentation of company processes;
  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, manage mailing and couriers, and preparing documents, including office correspondence and memos;
  • Manage external Company Secretary companies to ensure proper filing of company documents (including BR, NAR, meeting memos etc.);
  • Manage Directors’ schedule and assist in ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Communications or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Labor Ordinance and employment legal issues
  • Strong analytical skills and numerical sense 
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude, detail minded, problem solving skills and well-organized
  • Traits of being pro-active and attentive to details, ability to meet tight schedule and work independently under pressure
  • Good knowledge of and proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in handling site relocation or system migration project is a plus
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of HR & Admin Clerk.
