Job Description
Requirement
- Support the top management to manage all aspects of HR and Administration activities for HK office & plants in Mainland China;
- Assist in updating and reviewing the HR and Administration policies and procedures align with regulatory requirement and local standards;
- Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to implement HR strategy;
- Support Compensation & Benefits functions including monthly payroll, attendance & leave administration, employees’ compensation, MPF, tax return, HRIS, insurance, employee benefits schemes and other C&B related matters.
- Assist in developing policies and guidelines that encourage managers and staff to embed sustainability into the culture.
- Assist in HR function, including company events and activities.
- Assist in HRIS implementation and enhancement projects.
- Handle all around Admin duties, such as office facilities maintenance, liaise with landlord for the lease agreement, annual vehicle license, procurement, stationery ordering, office facilities or equipment repair and maintenance, courier arrangement, insurance renewal etc.
- Supervising the receptionist, office assistants and tea lady.
- Provide administrative and receptionist support as necessary, including greeting visitors and schedule group meetings / interviews.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Able to work outside when necessary.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience and preferably with solid experience gained in sizeable manufacturing operation;
- Well versed with HK Employment Law and familiar with PRC Labour Law;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem solving.
- Team player with positive mindset, strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and meet assigned timeline.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoints and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Required to travel to China frequently.
- Immediately available is preferred.
