Responsibilities:

  •          Provide operation support and office administrative support;
  •          Maintain stock and procurement of office supplies;
  •          Handle procurement processes such as quotation, purchase order etc;
  •          Assist in Project Administration tasks;
  •          Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  •          Diploma or above;
  •          A good team player, energetic and enthusiastic;
  •          Well-organised and detailed minded;
  •          Proficient with MS Office applications;
  •          Good command of English and Cantonese;
  •          Fresh graduates are welcome.
