Responsibilities
  • Involve in full spectrum of human resources functions
  • Perform payroll administration ranging from payroll calculation to MPF contribution handling and tax filing;
  • Perform compensation and benefits administration including but not limited to tendering / renewal and daily administration of various insurance policies as well as claims management and analysis;
  • Maintain and update personnel records in HRIS.
  • Prepare HR reports and support in analysis
  • Support in recruitment process, training co-ordinations and other HR functions
  • Assist in ad-hoc/regular project; and
  • Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in C & B experience & in similar capacity preferred
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance, and on other statutory requirements.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Independent as well as team player with good working attitude and will to go extra mile to complete assigned task and able to perform multi-tasking.
  • Proactive, quality-driver, organized, resourceful.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess integrity and high degree of confidentiality
  • Immediate availability is preferable
