Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial service to Associate Director – Experience & Operation
- Provide all-round support to the Experience & Operation team
- Assist in planning and implementation of logistics and shop activities
- Carry out administrative duties through close communication with internal and external parties in daily operations
- Complete any ad-hoc duties assigned by the department head
Requirements
- Secondary education or above
- 1 year relevant working experience in administration / secretarial work
- Working experience in logistics, retailing or service sectors preferred
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese typing
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Well organized, attentive to details with pleasant personality
- Capable of working independently and under pressure
