Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial service to Associate Director – Experience & Operation
• Provide all-round support to the Experience & Operation team 
• Assist in planning and implementation of logistics and shop activities
• Carry out administrative duties through close communication with internal and external parties in daily operations
• Complete any ad-hoc duties assigned by the department head

Requirements

• Secondary education or above 
• 1 year relevant working experience in administration / secretarial work
• Working experience in logistics, retailing or service sectors preferred 
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese typing
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Well organized, attentive to details with pleasant personality
• Capable of working independently and under pressure
