Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of secretarial and administration support to Senior Management
• Handle daily business correspondence and memorandum
• Manage business meetings and travel arrangement
• Maintain the daily schedules and appointments
• Prepare the daily report for management review
• To coordinate with different offices and/or external and internal parties as per request

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with at least 3 years’ secretarial experience
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Independent, self-driven, detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills
• Fast-paced, flexible, well-organized, prioritize with pleasant personality
• Sensitive to figures
• Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
