• Provide secretarial and administrative support to Division Head
• Effective liaison with difference parties, externally and internally
• Handling comprehensive schedule, meeting/calendar management
• Report compilation and prepare material preparation
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum of 1 years' experience gained from sizeable company is preferred
• Proficient in MS, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
• Mature, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time-management skills and well-organized
• Well versed in written and verbal skill in English, Chinese, Mandarin
• Working location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate
