JOB POSITION SUMMARY

  • Drive Professional Development Business Plan with Strategic Leadership in ECP Activation
  • Integrate PD/JJI/PAC Strategy with country business initiatives (KA partnership, ECP Activation, new product launches)
  • Understand ECP insights and help to develop, implement Professional Education strategy for ECP engagement, skill enhancement and change in their fitting behavior
  • To plan & develop activities in Professional Affairs, JJI related Activities, Training & Education (Clinical or Product Training) activities, Professional Relationship Building, Clinical Study, Crisis Management, Copy Clearance approval, Professional Materials development
  • To develop effective programs that will enhance professional partnership between Johnson & Johnson Vision Care (JJVC) and Eye Care Practitioners, Optometry schools and Associations in HK
  • In charge of ensuring that all Johnson & Johnson Vision Care (JJVC) initiatives are align and reflect JJVC Vision, Story and Promise
  • Formulate operating guidelines, comply with applicable statutory regulations

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive ECP Activation through education, professional skill enabling peer to peer influence, leveraging the profession and professionalizing internal team through professional initiatives
  • Drive ACUVUE market leadership through leveraging schools, KOLs, Advisory Panel, Conferences and journal endorsement of brand equity, credibility and product differentiation
  • Enhance ECP experience through professional partnering and leveraging professionalism to enable the success of targeted customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the professional community of ECPs
  • Promote ECP Knowledge in ACUVUE Product Superiority and Differentiation, through ACUVUE related product training – adopts, modify Professional education to suit ECP needs  
  • Provide technical support and conduct internal training to JJVC Sales and Marketing team, and new hires with clinical and ACUVUE product knowledge and the ability to apply clinical and product knowledge in daily work
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales team for designing of product procedures, sales aids and appropriate training content. Ensuring robust copy clearance across region
  • Ensure direct reports have the competency, knowledge, skills to perform their job by attending all the assigned training programs
  • Execute the company procedures. Report significant quality event and product complaints according to related company policy and procedure
  • Provide technical support on Adverse Event reporting when required including, not limited to language translation, consultation on the medical term etc.
  • Implement field action process (recall) as per company instruction.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Optometry Bachelor Degree required, MBA is highly preferred
  • At least 6 years experience of Professional service development

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES AND AFFILIATIONS

  • Previous working experience in medical or Optical related industry is a plus.
  • Independent and energetic attitude required, strong and proven in implementation and execution, with strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Proactive attitude towards various challenges       
  • Customer focused, persuasive and with strong negotiation skills
  • Teamwork oriented skill required to implement cross-functional projects
  • Multi-lingual is preferred (English/Cantonese/Mandarin)
