Responsibilities:

• Support ESG integration across BUs through policy review, performance data tracking and management, reporting to promote New World Sustainability Vision 2030
• Support development of ESG communication and marketing materials, including social media, presentations, awards applications, showcases, etc.
• Support internal and external engagement and relationship management to drive value-adding environmental and social initiatives, including project managing startup integrations with Group ecosystem
• Support team administrative tasks such as translation, monitoring of team expense and budget etc.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines. Project management qualifications a plus.
• 3-5 years of working experience with strong communication, marketing, corporate affairs, partnership management, and community project management track record.
• Experience in sustainability reporting, supply chain performance management, environmental management, carbon auditing, project management a plus
• Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Work/partnership experience related to Hong Kong and regional social enterprises and startups a plus
• A good understanding of environmental and social issues in Hong Kong and the rest of GBA is desirable
• Problem solver, self-starter, multitasker and proactive in engaging with different stakeholders
