• To process applications for recruitment, including collection and vetting of application forms, compiling applicant's information into database
• To support in the arrangement of interview, preparation of assessment results of the recruitment boards, and liaise with user offices and successful candidates for deployment and engagement issue
• To assist in conducting market researches and preparing statistical reports for Performing Arts Office 
• To assist in preparing and collating of statistical returns and providing admin support to the office
• To provide support in record management and disposal for the office

• Degree holder
• HKCEE (Garde C or Lv.4) in both Chinese and English or equivalent
• At least 3 year of full time experience in HR or Office Admin or related working experience 
• Proficient of MS Office
• Immediately available highly prefer
