We are an internationally renowned jewelry brand wholesaler and retailer based in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Europe and Asian countries.  We are now looking for a high calibre candidate for the following position:

Warehouse Supervisor/Assistant

• Handle full spectrum of office administrative services including equipment maintenance and repair coordination, office supplies procurement, vendor management in a professional manner;
• Procure and manage inventory of supplies items from Warehouse to Office and Shops;
• Handle logistics for shop opening and closing;
• Prepare and order office supplies and sales material;
• Assist in handling the licenses and insurance application and renewal;
• Liaise with management office and arrange communication to all staff.
• Require to perform outdoor services such as banks, shops etc.
• Provide regular inventory reports;
• Carry out ad hoc projects and assignments

• Form 5 graduate or above
• At least 2 years relevant warehouse and administration experience, preferably from Retail Industry;
• Knowledge in retail industry and POS system is preferably;
• Strong sense of responsibility, hands-on and committed to deliver quality results;
• Organized, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works under tight schedules;
• Excellent analytical, organizational and people management skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• PC knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediate available is higly preferable.
• Lesser experience will be considered as Warehouse Assistant
